We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our client. This is a 6-month temporary opportunity, located on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.
The Administrative Assistant would serve as the primary point of contact to support 2 Executives, manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Greeting visitors/staff and maintaining a positive/collaborative work environment
- Preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations
- Managing committee/board logistics and meetings
Requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Great organization skills with an ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
