Full job description

We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our client. This is a 6-month temporary opportunity, located on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.

The Administrative Assistant would serve as the primary point of contact to support 2 Executives, manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Greeting visitors/staff and maintaining a positive/collaborative work environment
  • Preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations
  • Managing committee/board logistics and meetings

Requirements

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Great organization skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
